Privacy Policy
Imaging24 collects only the information needed to operate the marketplace, user accounts, seller-buyer chats, phone verification and service/download access.
Information we collect
Account data such as name, company, email, role and private phone number; listing data; messages submitted through moderated chats; service/download uploads; technical community posts; and normal security logs required to operate the platform.
How we use data
We use this data to create accounts, verify email and phone numbers, moderate chats, process enquiries, show marketplace listings, protect users from spam and abuse, and notify Imaging24 admin about important activity.
Phone numbers and OTP
Phone numbers are private and visible only to Imaging24 administration. SMS OTP is the active verification channel. WhatsApp OTP is prepared but hidden until template approval and compliance are completed.
Data sharing
Imaging24 does not sell user data. Operational providers such as hosting, email and OTP services may process data only to deliver the service.
