Shipping & Returns
Shipping, rigging, inspection and return conditions for used diagnostic imaging equipment are agreed case by case between buyer, seller and service partners.
Used equipment shipping
Diagnostic imaging systems are heavy professional assets. Deinstallation, loading, rigging, export packing, freight, insurance, import duties, site preparation and installation are normally quoted separately and confirmed in writing before payment or collection.
Shipping responsibility
Unless a written agreement states otherwise, listings are handled as buyer-arranged transport under terms such as EXW or FCA. Imaging24 can help connect buyers with service providers, rigging teams and installers, but transport execution remains part of the negotiated transaction.
Returns policy
Used systems, spare parts, auction lots and negotiated marketplace transactions are generally sold as-is. Returns are not permitted unless a specific written agreement between the parties says otherwise.
Inspection before purchase
Buyers should request photos, technical documents, service history, inspection, video call or third-party acceptance checks before committing to payment, deinstallation or transport.
Auctions and offers
Auction bids and approved offers may lead to a transaction summary. Final payment, shipment, deposit, inspection and handover terms must still be confirmed by Imaging24/admin and the parties involved.
